In Details:
We gave them an order to make 3 injection molds at the price they asked for. (no negotiation)
Dharmesh was our sales contact and Prashant was engineer contact.
Initially they both agreed to follow the end to end process of mold development from design, prototype approval to mold buyoff in a project based setting, but soon after the deposit both of them changed complete way of working.
Dharmesh became aggressive to deal with, always threatening to cancel order, providing wrong information/answers to our question thinking we lack understanding & engineering capabilities of the mold. Beside that he showed no respect and was always pushing us to share our injection molder and customer details in return of any questions asked related to mold.
While Prashant was sometime collaborative to make us feel comfortable in his capabilities to deliver quality molds. And when asked any logical question, he never came back with a straight answer.
All 3 molds were made without any design approval from our end and when questioned for the approval we were guaranteed the parts will come out with no difference in comparison to our sample. Prices were raised later to provide mold designs (which was initially agreed in the price)
In good faith we still continued working with them as they were sharing mold development progress.
After 8 weeks of delay, they delivered T1 samples that were not functioning (2/3 parts)same as the sample we provided, mold designs were missing many components. The trial videos were of single shot with many gaps.
When we requested for corrections and missing details, our order was cancelled and deposit was returned with an excuse that they don't work with this precision to deliver the right fit form and function, will not be able to clear any gaps.
Complete waste of our 7 months of time and energy in dealing with Parekh Wire Cut which not only led to loss of business from our customer but also added a SCAR to us

Few Attributes in there Bussiness Relationship which I felt are unique and difficult to find are
1) Always supports Customer's priority, and hardly fail in there commitment.
2) An eager technical team to develop new items and execution people on machine are also having rich experience , which results in less rejection
3) Good ability to understand critically of product from drawing, discussion and then alinging there strength to deliver product.
4) You would always get support/ Coordination and help from Dharmeshbhai and Prashant bhai whenever needed.
So if your product development requires , EDM wire cut & machining operations , then one of the best places to venture for long terms bussiness relationship.
