★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the desperation to expand and grow, don't lose your humility. Moreover, if you do not have the capacity to handle, do not take up so many cases. Quality matters rather than quantity.The staff seems too much pressurised, n doesn't perdorm the allotted theraphy treatment in a willing manner. Its not like any other spa or beauty treatment, its a healing processn a humane touch is the most imp thing, n it lacks the most. The entire treatment amount is taken at once, before the treatment starts.
A doctor should understand that it is the patient who is at a loss, be it money, health or time. The hospitals keep running. I hope this pinches atleast once on the conscience of the doctor. Coz humility lacks to a great extent. If a person is fine why would they go to a doctor at all. The patient seeks help and motivation, not pity or sarcasm.
Moreover, no ayurvedic diet plan
is given, or any changes in lifestyle suggested. The medicines also lack the consistency in quality to a great extent.This place has become more of an allopathic treatment center, everything mechanical.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very good experience with parijatak ayurveda clinic, I went here at a position where I was not able to move my left leg. I haven't ever seen a more humble and hospitable doctor and the staff. The treatment started in no time I could see my health improving. Glad that I got treated by the Dr nitesh konde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got hit on my ankle with bat and it was all swollen and i was not able to move it, i was not sure that i would be able to walk again but when i took treatment here ,within 1-2 week all the pain was gone and my ankle was normal again!
I highly recommend this place! ⭐️
They handled my ankle very professionally!

I was working in this company.
Suddenly, i received words from dr. nitesh khonde that, you are no longer available with this company and today is your last day.
I have ask for my 3 months unpaid salary but he has not paid .
after making so many calles and massage i receive my 2 months salary in 4 installment after 2 months of my last day of working. and one months salary is still not received its about 4 months to quiet job.
every month there is no system to paying salary on time you need to beg salary every month each employee have same issue with salary .
i worked there for 3 years every time i ask for increment dr. khonde told me will do soon they every time blame on corona but finally when time came for increment after 3 years he just fired me without any reason.
Finally, i have taught to company as employee that, you can't fire employee without any notice period or you need to pay 2 month salary.
Company has not knowledge about this policy.
there is no company this is just a one man show dr. khonde will take each and every decision there for there is no value of your work, knoladge and sincereness.
Company only using employee till company need and if company not need of yours, Company will fire you at same day.
So there is not any job security and career scope. This is bogus company.
This company does not follow any rules and regulations.
Company is directly terminating without any notice and im not only one who suffered like this in this company they did same thing with many employees earlear .
No job security of any employee who work honestly.
This is worst company in Nagpur.
I am rating minus to this company.
dr. nitesh khonde is a good doctor but worst employer in india.
Please think once to join this company
