★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty nice office building in a peaceful corner of BKC area. It has 2 blocks called A & B. A block is towards right and B block is the other side.
The walk through is huge and beautiful interiors, makes you feel comfortable to come to work.
The autos outside this building are sharing-only - they charge exorbitantly high for solo passengers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the fountain the best. The security here is good. The lobby area is very well displayed band maintained. The flow of people of huge but the place never seems too crowded. This place is always very clean. Elevators are all working always. And it can be reached from Bandra as well as Kurla

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being located with multiple corporate offices and a VAC (VISA APPLICATION CENTRE) and many footfalls there is no facility provided for owner driven cars, specially, Senior Citizens, who have to visit the VAC, for various reasons, and hence the Authorities concerned should take into consideration the said suggestion to provide designated slots specially for Senior Citizens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The locker facility is super expensive inside the visa centre, so keep all your valuables/ electronics at home or have someone come with you to take care of it. Also many people outside the centre would try to give you lockers for cheaper amount (Rs.50) but at an extremely shady place. Don't fall in their trap. If it absolutely necessary for you to carry your cell phone with you pay more and use the Centre's locker facility itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good building. Parking available at one bkc next to ioc petrol pump. Mmrda parking rates differ, excess amounts deducted from fasttag. Everyone in bkc is fleecing.
