In my case, i would say, not overall satisfied with their services, as they are not good in following customer instructions. I strictly told them in advance that my guest list is strictly for family members only. I dont want any of their team, as their was plate system and costs much. But, still there was 5 persons from their team, vendor, etc. So,there was extra cost which i had to pay. Also,the deco was not same as shown in pics. Balloons quantity were very less. even after when i gave my feedback, they argued and did not accept their fault. My few guests complaint about some missing arrangements, which could have easily managed.

I din't had to worry about anything. I am so grateful that Parineeti team planned my niece's birthday. Totally impressed with your planning style. Decoration was too good and all arrangements were done perfectly.
