★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a 1 kg pineapple cake through website & it was a pickup from the Jagamara outlet. On the delivery day a lady called me for the confirmation. But when i reached for pickup , staff had no clue about the order. They didn’t checked the email & were blaming each other infront of me . Waited for 1 hr 30 mins and my party got delayed. Manager admitted that they hardly get online order and inefficient of handling it.
They even didn’t had a suitable cake cover and bag. 3 stars for the cake, service 0 .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited the Bakery shop and was delighted to see a wide variety of cookies, cakes, chocolates and some handy snacks.
Neatly maintained and definitely a good place to try on, just found few items to be a bit overpriced than the regular ones. But other than that, test assured everything is good!
