Had purchased 2 metal trolley beds. In both the trolley beds, the metal rods have got bent and the welding has come off at multiple places in less than 1 year of careful use. Even after re-welding at my own expense from outside, the welding came off in few days. When I raised this issue with this shop, the owner refused to accept his responsibility and started giving lame excuses like "Out of 100 pieces, it can happen with some pieces". But, happening with two pieces is not co-incidence. This shows he sells substandard quality furniture
