★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lakepark is situated inside the NTPC colony Vindhyanagar. Good place for leisure. There is a toy train for the children. You have to purchase tickets for the ride. There is good facility for children to enjoy like sea saw, swings and sliders. Recently NTPC installed an open gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lake park is a good place to visit with family. Ample space for parking and has few eateries both inside and outside the park. It also has few temples which can be visited alone or with family. They also host a musical fountain show which is free for all. It is big and green and maintained too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has good garden and a decent lake. There's boating facility available in winters. There are a few good eating joints here. There's an electric toy train for kids. Other than that there's nothing much to do. If you come in groups or couples, it is a good place for picnics with quiet and serene atmosphere.
