1. Lush greenery in park makes its view beautiful
2. Gym equipments are installed in park with mats to prevent injuries.
3. Gym is only for society members.
4. Paved path for walk and jog around the park.
Cons:
1. Not completely secure as it has another gate outside the society.
2. Outsiders can damage the expensive gym equipment.
