Yesterday first time I went to this restaurant and it was a very bad experience I had faced after a long time especially on Sunday when I was with my 20 family members. There are many issues going in this place which I saw and would love if these problems would rectify as soon as possible-
1. Sitting order issue: there is no first come first serve basis here which means you can avail seats if you call them one day or one week before. One of the employee literally denied to give us family seats as he was saying that some other Customer already booked 30 sitting seats by giving extra 1000rs. So we sat partially. And in the end the family of 30 never came.
2. Time issue: we entered in restaurant around 8.30 pm and our family members were looking for starters and Chinese food but they said that they couldn't provide anything except MAIN COURSE:No starters no beverages no soup no Chinese only main course. We were literally feeling dumb and most of my cousin's s mood felt down. We were planning to leave the place at that moment.
3. BIGGEST ISSUE- Taste of Main course food: We ordered Daal Makhani, Daal yellow, Kadhai Paneer, Mix veg, Navratan curry, Chaska Special Malai Kofta, Special Veg Briyani, Butter Nan, Roti, Soft drinks
Now let's talk about Daal Makhani, I don't know how they are making it but it was not good at all, there was some awkward smell coming from it, now come to Special veg Briyani I don't know whether they were rice or small pieces of maida, it was tasteless, heavy aroma of clove, no taste of spices, I was seeing only good presentation of serving it but nothing special I felt about it.
Mix veg: it was not mixed veg I was only seeing two vegetables peas and green beans and small pieces of the capsicum, paneer and cauliflower, in Chaska Special Malai Kofta the gravy and paneer were mixed up which was not giving a good taste. Daal Yellow, Kadhai paneer had good taste. I tried Navratan curry first and it was ok. Roti were worst, I would recommend to change the quality of flour and decrease the size of it. The funny part was Green salad like they served a small plate of salad for around 10-12 members.Soft drinks were not fresh, no gas in it.
I am giving only 2 star for nice interior and good service by waiters.
This restaurant need many changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food awfully costly, they charge high for food, don't buy naan serve burnt breads, every paneer dish is too sweet to eat.
They do not provide t.v if you book a room, the funny reply received from there staff was... It cost too much them to recharge the dish.tv... The attendee charges for luggage handling.. They do not even changes the towel if you are staying more than a day.. No cleaning in washroom.

Today the party was according to the order, when the food was not received, asked to talk to the manager, even after waiting for 2 hours, the manager did not come to talk, why are they?The manager who had come to the call of the staff while taking the order, today he did not even come to talk to the customer even after waiting for 2 hours.
