★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is compulsory to take an appointment, however you can only take appointment of a particular day between 10:00 and 12:00 in the morning of that day. Also most of the time the call doesn’t connect. This are just the problems with getting an appointment.
Once you get an appointment and visit the doctor at the specified time, you have to wait for at least half an hour to an hour to get checked. What is the point of getting an appointment if you have to wait an hour most of the time? Sometimes you have to stand while waiting because seats aren’t available.
I would’ve rated this one star except for the fact that the doctor is actually good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good consulted doctor for all kind of skin and hair related problem but appointment must required for visit. for appointment you have to call between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and after appointment also you have to wait a very longer time. always crowded and won't get place to seat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ramesh Poria sir is one of the Kindest human being I've ever came across! He is always available for his patients no matter what time of the day it is, even on call. I’ve been consulting him since 2015 for whatever skin issues me or my family might be facing and he always has a cure for it. Definitely recommended! He will give you most genuine advise rather than some doctors who just know how to make money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ramesh poria consultation time is wrong with compare to online timeline, so patients suffering for revisit as per doctor convenience.
Also there is very poor thing that digital payment is not acceptable, so it is very unfortunate that we need to carry cash ? in this COVID time.
