On furniture, warranty is given for not havings bugs and for chair, guarantee of piston is given. Commitment given by shop owner is prompt and all transactions made through online payment and received invoice also. Overall, I recommend this shop for further shopping. You can reach out to shop owner with the help of contact number provided by him. Behavior with customer is also good.

No after sale service, they will not even agree to a problem you will raise in the product and keep on saying no other customer has raised the issue you are raising, hence no need of any service.
Overall experience is bad, pls stay away from this store.

Right from the owner who is polite and provides pros & cons about any purchase done at the store, they genuinely provide great quality. I had to wait for 2 days or so, but it was worth the wait! With minimal hassle, good value for money furniture! Kudos to the owners!
