Nothing good can happen for them or anyone who works there as long as the MD lets his COO run amok. The management is petty, back-stabbing, highly unskilled, unprofessional and unethical; the most dysfunctional group of people I’ve ever encountered! Favouritism, nepotism and bad morale run high. Vast amounts of money abused for the top management’s travel and expenses while the employees aren’t given their fair share in wages or bonuses or even basic respect. Sanjiv Beckya COO is often irrational and ill-informed, and no employee should have to put up with his abuse. Cocky, obnoxious, unintelligent person with no job description and no fans in the company. A horrible, conniving and scheming person. Anyone with talent is demoralized, minimized and degraded by him for fear of exposing the management’s and his lack of talent and competence. He’s quite good at consistently attacking a member of staff in terms of their professional or personal standing. Vineet Sharma (MD) A visibly intimidating, beard sporting man who smokes tobacco and is never seen in Office and always on Europe tour. Commutes in chauffeur driven BMW, invites Bollywood celebs for book launches at IHC that don’t sell, organises sales conferences’ in Goa and bills the expenses to UK. Likes to keep UK reps to himself and is quite good at presenting larger than life picture of India Office. A shameful man with a shameful, dastard and un-ethical intentions. After sucking off life from India Office and laying off almost entire staff in 2017 he made his position secured by appointing an exclusive sales distributor to secure India payments and collections.
