When you go for the 1st time they will treat you the best but after sale services are not upto the mark.

Only improvement areas could be if staff can wear shoes all the time. Wearing a uniform and no shoes doesn't match with the showroom set standards. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually I had purchasing from there silver bracelet, when I am purchasing that time there salesman commited to me if I sale this item after 5-10 years later that time I got minimum 80% price of this item, but unfortunately bracelet will broken automatically and then I am give there salesman for repair and just ask for price then his said I will got only 15% from total price.
I am completely shocked ? now I don't understand what can I do after he loose his commitment?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service no no no...big no.., first thay are call for bla bla offer and ask to customer for visit the showroom and when you visit the showroom their commitment has been changed, i got 3 different gold rate in 1 hrs. From three diff employees, Manager, i was wested almost 2hrs. In showroom only for gold rate, absolutely blunder their is no cordination between employees and Manager, due to this all thay just loss a loyal customer.

sorry for the late review. I have purchased gold diamond ring from parshwa jewellery. On a very first day the diamond was break from the ring. So I visited parshwa and show only gold ring to them and they agree to replace product. With actual wait of gold what I give them. They have check weight for gold ring without diamond and the weight of gold is less then the bill value. (Approx 500/- rupees gold less). After that i share diamond ? and checked total weight of ring (gold+diamond) and the total weight match with billing weight. I had a too long discussion with manager and they try to explain me that "we manufacture gold product in a bulk that's why this issue happen". So I suggest to all don't try to purchase duplicate diamond product.
