This is pathetic agency and I don't recommend anyone to go with this option.
Just to share experience, few months back I bought new two wheeler from this dealer and submitted all required document on same day.
Even after two months (and after so many personal follow ups), I have not received any proper update on scheme which they have declared (something like 4K vouchers) as well as insurance copy etc.
Every time they replied, Just wait for 2-3 days.
After two months I changed my tone and asked for update aggressively, and came to know that they missed to submit my document like Aadhar and PAN to respective authority even after two months.
So asked me to wait for more 60 days.
Please dont dont dont go with this option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, After 25 days of purchase they didn't even provide the service book. First service due on 500km my vehicle travelled around 650km, After so many calls and visit the same is not provided.
Every time they replied, wait for 2 or 3 days, they transferred the call to any one every time again and again we need to introduce our query and no respond from their end.
Please don't purchase any vehicle from there. Better to purchase from Showrooms. At least you can escalate the matter over there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving one Star ? because no option for zero... I have purchased 3 vehicle from here in last 2 months just because of i have received best rate than other delears. However, after receiving Money and booking confirmation, them way of talking change.. they have provided service Book after 1 month and after lot of follow-ups..there is sitting one person Mr.Shoheb, he has no sense, how to talk with customers. I never suggest any one to purchase any thing from this place.
