- It was all started during possession; even after repetitive follow-ups and visits, they didnot close all pre-possession findings for more than 6 months, finally as we needed home we took possession.
- No amenities provided as per plan; club house provided after 3/3.5 years that too out side of society !!, society main gate is still not there (6th year is about to finish) (now builder is saying this is because of TP and they cannot do anything), CCTV cameras installed but not operational from day one, more...
- To protest above, society declined to pay maintenance. Builder threatened if we dont pay maintenance amount he will stop basic services (water and electricity). There is a fight going on between society members and builder now.
One of the biggest mistakes of my life, buying first home from this builder.

I spent my all amount to buy my dream house and I bought in atlantis park. What was my fault? Please help us to live good life. Please hand over to agency or to society for good maintenance with gate security water and other things. I know you can and you will. Don't disappoint your customer.
