★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Btw it's not a lounge. It's a society, you can rent a apartment. Common garden is good. Terrace view is awesome. Parking is sufficient as of now. Public transport is too far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a silent place, neighbours resort your privacy, unlike most other societies where neighbours tracking your whereabouts. Maintenance is good for which you are currently not required to pay. Has a provision store and green grocery cart right outside society back gate. Ample of parking available. And all this at very reasonable rates rent 2.5 BHK @ 8,000 p.m and for sale at around 35 lacs

It has Gardens with the play areas for the kids with a decent Parking space alloted for each Flat.
The overall review form my end was really good.
