★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally after almost a decade long wait finally parsvnath has started delivering some flats in phase 1, though the prices have shot up post the news the place does look promising but in phase 2/3 they've reduced the green area and towers are going to be higher and with their past the investment looks dicey, but yet, the location of this project is a killer. If they deliver the project as promised it's going to be really nice living in the vicinity of civil lines with lush green belt at walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very big housing complex on Mall road Delhi, very near to Delhi University. The location is prime in orth Delhi, But the project has not been completed in around 20 years since it's start. The builder had lots of problems and still continues with that. Whatever promised has not been delivered. For many years, this project was not cleared by authorities. Still the work is going on at slow pace. Some of the towers have been completed and few of them are occupied as well. But the long delays in project completion and changes in promised interiors and delivered actually has big difference.
