★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Environment is good .. you will see greenery . Parks are there and a badminton court. But water is not good even after going through the filteration process its still hard . Shops and markets are far away. Some flats have some water leakage which effects the walls . Electricity is available 24×7. During electric failure there are generators. For a middle class family, its hard to pay so much electricity bill as power supply in UP is costly than in Delhi . Swimming pool is filled withwater in summers and a hall is there for small family functions. Security is good there. But nearby area is still in process of development. No metro station is there after Dilshad garden metro station. But a new metro line is being constructed and will be finished quickly . People prefer to go shahdara or other places for shopping and all. But some of you can use online groceries apps .

MD cum owner of the company is very shrewd and always remains at loggerheads with Customers. Must avoid new launches / undergoing projects of the company.

very good security.yes water quality is not very good but you have install RO anywhere in in Delhi/NCR.
Rajbagh and Rajendra nagar metro are on walking distance.All banks are there in Rajnagar(500 M) away. More supermarket; easy day supermarket also nearby.There is a good mall in Mohan Nagar.(2.5 Km).Rent is low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our in-laws are living there. Good place to live. Very clean and the maintenance. Very near to Rajbagh Metro station and easily accessible to nearby places. Good visit ever.

The society do has a lot of services like community hall, temple, indoor games room, gym and a swimming pool and it still lacks certain things which I'd like to have where I will live. But it is still a bargain with the cost these homes come for.

Then the generater starts but there also power cuts Very very very very very very very very very very bad experience with electricity
Worst in electricity i have never seen such pathetic problem of electricity this issue not present in villages also very bad society
