N number of time you call them they are always there to help you out in any small query you have. I am happy and proud to own an apartment in Srushti G tower . I truly recommend anyone looking apartment in kothrud surely should visit once at Srushti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful. Firstly most reviews are fake. For example they are from people who work for parth developers. MAdhavi ghole is legal/sales representative for them. YOu can go to their office and ask. The quality of construction is poor. I know from a fact looking at their Parth enclave and Srushti buildings in Kothrud. The materials used are poor quality for examples with 1-2 years of possession door will start to decay, tiles will start to break., many flats are leaking, common area lighting is cheap, Even the solar heater they installed stopped working within 2-3 years. The contractor R.K Patil is another fraud. You end up over-paying for location.
