★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is very arrogant.I bought a cycle from his shop and later when I had an issue in that,he refused that he never sold such a cycle of that particular brand. I asked him to change my disc brake as it was giving me trouble and he replied to buy a new cycle. I think Isac Newton would also forget his laws after hearing this person's replies.Also his replies are as if he is not a selling cycles but helicopters. I don't have any personal issues but here I have mentioned what I have gone through. There are better shops in VADODARA now. Who gives a f...k abt this shop.!!

Customers, while we bought the cycle - high attitude, when we went for problems - still higher arrogance, we literally had to fight out ! NOT at all recommended guys...Pls take care, there are lot of better people to serve in market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non professional,Rude, Arrogant that's what the owner sounds like, as if he is doing a favour to you by selling his bicycle. Went there to check a bicycle & left without even taking a trial. Pathetic experience, Never in my life would visit this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner comes across as a no-nonsense, straight forward and a seasoned person in the cycle-retail business. He understands what goes behind manufacturing a quality cycle with international components.
His advise may not be well received by some but works like a vaccine - short term pain, long term gain. If one is looking for artificial politeness accompanied with compromised after-sales service, then this is not the shop for you.
My personal experience with this cycle shop has been result-oriented. I get what I ask for and what I need. One needs to have patience to get the desirable after sales service from this cycle shop.
Finally, I admire the hygiene standards of this retail outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good after sales support with a skilled in-house mechanic who is the best in town. Good variety of bike brands like Firefox, Merida, Polygon, Cervélo, Focus and more. They also have a treasure trove of bike spares and accessories like lubes, tyres, helmets, lights, etc. If they don’t have something that you need then they’ll hunt down the right spares for you.

Bought a cycle for Rs. 25000 /- just a month ago. It has some company defects. When asked to repair, he ruthlessly ignored my request and treated me as if I am beggar on his door.
He will tell you that the problem you are facing is a mental illusion and there is nothing wrong with his products.
A perfect example of sick attitude and pathetic mindset.
This dealer will talk to you as if he is a king and we customers are his slaves.
People like him really don't deserve to have any customers around.
