PARTHA LOST IT'S REPUTATION & UNFIT TO MAINTAIN A BRANCH IN SRIKAKULAM I have to share my experience with this clinic. I really fed up. Every orthodontist know what he is doing and how to treat their patient. I won't comment on it. I don't have any issues with Dr someshekar, I have only issues with partha clinic management and their staff. ? They felt like, they are doing for free of cost. ? They don't stand on what they promise (appointments) ? I don't know others giving paid reviews here or they don't face any problem. But if there is an option I will give half star rating. ? The only reason why I choose partha because I can transfer my treatment process to anywhere where the partha dental clinics available. ? I paid amount fully on a single time.. I don't know how other patients pay and may be they pay by installments. I got doubt whenever the receptionist asks me, sir how much do you pay today? I got the same doubt when Dr. Rishika came from vizag asks me the same thing. ? Initially I felt I don't want to review. Let me solve my problem with cluster head and partha customer care. ? But now I have to explain what exactly happened to me. MY BAD EXPERIENCE ?? ? Everything is fine until the Dr. Somsekhar is there. On Nov 15th, he extracted my 1st premolar teeth on right side and told me wait 2 more days and then extract another side 1st premolars and put the braces on lower side. We talk, it's not good to extract all the teeth on same day. ? And he said he's gonna visit vizianagaram clinics 18th and 19th. So come by 20th or 21st.. Because you come call me. ? On 21st Nov. I sent a msg. Doctor are you available today? No response. He seen my message. I thought he is busy. ? And next day I called them. They said electrical working is going on. Come tomorrow. ? And after i visit clinic they said doctor didn't come. You come after 1 or 2 days. ? And then I call them. Phone ringing but not lifting the phone call. They gave me good excuse. The phone is not working well. ? Finally I went to the clinic. They said. They are shifting the clinic to somewhere. ? I called the Dr. Somsekhar. He said, he left partha. ? I got so frustrated. In the middle of my treatment process they are shifting the clinic and didn't even inform me that he left the clinic. ? My treatment is getting delaying day by day. And the round metal also getting loose and poking the cheeks. ? I given complaint to the partha dental care and they give me cluster head Dr. Chaitanya number. And I explained everything what exactly happened. ? Thankfully he immediately responded and called Somesekhar. I think Dec 5th evening, Dr someshekar come with a frustration and changed my metal round wire. And put the rectangular wire. ? And he told the assistant staff, on the next appointment when the orthodontist come, tell her to extract my 1st pre molar on another side. ? And this staff said they will arrange an appointment, finally on Dec 22nd, I got appointment ? Dr. Rishika came and checked my teeth. But didn't do what I expected. Because these staff left my case sheet in previous clinic. ? How can she know what treatment process is going on without the case sheet. No need to blame her. She understand everything. She didn't even have my teeth impression and any photos. So she just put the elastics. ? Dr chaitanya said, you can call partha clinic sklm for any further updates. ? Dr. Somsekhar told me, as long as I am in sklm, he will treat me. ? These partha staff given me appointments and changing the dates with the doctor availability, didn't think about the patient availability. ? I felt sad for him just coming to treat me only. I wish Partha management should place another orthodontist in sklm branch. And available on everyday. ? I would have got braces for lower teeth on November but delayed and January month coming. So atleast 1 and month delayed. I would have seen little progress. ? ? If everything went right. I would be so happy.

Dr.Anupama is a very caring and friendly doctor.she is my orthodontic doctor and She takes all required measures for patient's comfort and safety. i strongly recommend partha dental hospital for fixing all dental issues.
