โ โ โ โ โ I regularly buy handicrafts from artisans, this was no different.was very excited when I placed the order cus i LOVED this colorful Phulkari when it was on her page.but i think that excitement and enthusiasm was short lived. They prices are dynamic and change across different social media platforms(i literally had to time and again bargain in her to get to the original price which can be clearly seen on another platform,i hate to do that to artisans but dint get her logic of selling it to me at a expensive price),she first said she had the dupatta then she said she sold out on it and tried to sell me a different one,then she said it was again available.i should have seen the red flags by now but I was so excited about this dupatta that i went ahead and purchased it.when i received the parcel, the dupatta was completely worn out and had so many loose threads.it dosent feel at all like a new piece,she dint even bother to get finishing done before sending off the dupatta to me. I also noticed later that she does use her dupatta on occasions wearing them herself and then sells the dupatta,that explains the wear and tear on the dupatta as to why it looks old. Such a let down,i feel sad. Never placing an order with them again. She said the dupatta might have got trashed during courier transport,but the parcel came in just fine.there is no way the entire dupatta could have been messed up so bad that it felt used. The self help has such great motives and its such a great organisation,i wish they would not sell such stuff or atleast inform the customer about the state of the garment .all in all a bad buy.

Buy directly from phulkari house with good price and get best quality
