Teachers and college staff is good.well clean and maintained campus.It also has a NCC wing inside the college campus.Its campus is not very big but tidy and beautiful. Garden and trees cover more than half of the campus which provides a calm and pleasant environment all around.It is present at college chowk on the main road itself.Students of Madhepura like to go to this college.

This institution of Koshi commissionaree is the rememberance of his financial sacrifies, strongest will power and austarity.
The college was established in 1978 for making easy the educational dificulties and gave the name of this college “Parwati Science College” by his honourable mother’s name. Late Keerti Narayan Mandal will always the inspiration for us for his dedication as memorial statue inside the campus of College.
