★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is less to no staff. The main doctor was on leave but there was no one to assist as a backup. Only one or two people were there to provide injections which was prescribed by the main doctor online. They have no knowledge of medicines and dosage. I even lost one of my puppy due to there negligence. They should treat animals equally and a better staff is required in this hospital. For them they are just another animal but for the owner the pet is like a family member whose loss is painful and couldn't be expressed.
