★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware of this builder!!! This builder is highly unprofessional. He launched the project Pashmina waterfront in Bangalore in 2011 and it's still not completed. He is forcing owners to take possession of bare shell flats which are nothing more than concrete walls. Even the pipelines are not connected in the flats. In the name of amenities we have stray dogs and snakes. Despite receiving OC 1.5 years back residents still do not have bescom power and we are surviving on commercial power. The builder is charging exorbitant maintenance in the name of water and electricity and disconnecting the same for PPL if they don't agree to these charges. He's not at all transparent and does not care to respond to any of the residents queries. If you value your hard earned money, stay away from these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pashmina Lake Riviera project is situated in excellent location with close proximity to all essential areas, the construction is going on full swing and the quality and safety being followed are to standards and amenities promised are very luxurious. The design is very effective with common areas being minimal and have been provided what is required, hence the internal carpet areas are very spacious .
Kitchen is very very spacious and dry yard for clothes is clearly detached from kitchen which will make day to day activities more comfortable with ease in the movement inside the floor spaces.
All units has natural ventilation with more wider windows in living and bedroom.
Amenities are great with swimming pool and Jacuzzi and it is well planned and conveniently located for all towers . Event plaza in the centre connects the towers for all informal activities.
Overall the project is good and would recommend to all and eagerly waiting for the project to finish fast.

It is one of the best location for me to buy a flat. Area very peaceful and one of the best thing is that everything is near to this location like airport, metro supermarket etc.
