★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pashtuns has started operations recently. The passion of the owners is visible in everything they make. It is a take away outlet with limited seating available. Their Dal Makhani is well made, they say, is akin to Dal Bukhara. The aroma of the spices and the magic of slow cooking makes it luscious and creamy.
Their chicken is soft. We tried the Chicken Khurchan and are absolute fans. The seekh kebabs were melt in the mouth. Remember to eat them hot. Their visible through the glass window kitchen gives you a look at the mouth watering preparation of dishes
Found a premium place in Kanpur after a long time. Must try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are crazy, if you're pure vegetarian don't order anything from here. I ordered paneer tikka biryani from Swiggy and I found the pieces of non veg inside it. Shame on you guys.
