★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very supportive staff...on counter 'A', the staff is very supportive... They show you every details for confirmation if it is right or wrong.... and proceeds only when you are satisfied with your details.....Yes but on counter 'B' and 'C' i can't be sure about their behaviour... I want to say to everyone to be patient during the process...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give 0 star for poor service. My mother went here for her appointment on 23 Nov. The lady who took photo for passport and got signed from my mother was so rude. ( unfortunately, I do not know her name because my mother is uneducated and was not able to read her name) . Instead of assisting my mother for paperwork and your other requirements, she just shouted badly on my mother that we are not here only for you ! . Moreover she took money without informing any details and queries about passport.
I will be very thankful if you can change your staff and help them all to learn how to talk with elders..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ some staff is slightly rude it was my first time so i was little confused so i asked someone in counter where i have to go now and then he replied just go home in very bad manner. i feel really embarrassed at that time because people were laughing at me. bad experience bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wana let you guys know that there is an lady staff named as jasbeer kaur (not sure about the name exactly) but she dont know how to behave with other the use harsh language with other and not sensible at all ... and she was suppose to be educated but when she speak it was unfprtumate tht she dont speak polite with others and alao disrespect pthers..one of there watch man also had same attotude as mam like he also speakin rudely with visitors..morever the appoint ment time was 1pm and they said that is our lunch tym (In short they domt value the time of customer they are behaving like they givin free service so that they behaving like this.. )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad experience,,,,staff woman asked three proof for tatkaal service , I have already gave three proof, but she told me, she needs another proof, I argument with woman, and gave document, again told me, that proof is optional, I asked her name for complaint, but she denied, I think something fishy there... As a result, we didn't apply tatkaal service. we can say they harass many people, after waiting long time in line.

2) No waiting area or seating arrangements for the people waiting outside for their appointment.
3) washrooms in super bad conditions.

The place was crowded too much
For passport people of differnt ages vosit here
For uneducated people or old age people it is gery difficult as there is no proper information provided
The staff is good as per the view point of the work they have to handle
Some times its peoples fault who come without proper documents so their passport is not approved.
The entier counters where the photo is taken and also rechecked are very fast and there work is nyc also thery are cooperative
Inside there are many counters so there is less crowd.
One.more thing to enter is that there is no parking place for vechiles you have to park in a hospital parking nearby where they charge 50ruppes just for an hour
