★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont have option to give minus or else i can give minus rating.. Worst service ever faced my career.. junior officers have good knowledge compare to branch senior officer.. kindly replace him with young person .. with ample knowledge on the work.He don’t even have proper knowledge about the documents required for issuing pcc and rendering of government service to the public.. Humble request is don’t take any slots here…

They are rejecting renewal of passport for silly reasons.
There is difference of 1 alphabet in initial of my name in aadhar and old passport. Very disappointed.
Better to go for vijayawada or vizag

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before selecting appointment at this PSLK, i have read all the reviews about it.Most of them are negative but i check few positive and i chose the appointment at PSLK Bhimavaram.
Seems it is not handling by TCS.seems all are government employees. My points are below.
1. If we go in the given slot, nobody cares.they can send you in when they want (in my case, nobody is there at the desk.few of them are sleeping...waited there sooo long and finally they sent us IN)
2. After that they sent to 2nd counter and it went well and went to 1st floor.there the game begins.we waited there 3 hours out side. no seats are there to sit.standing there for 3 hours is a joke??? Then why to take appointment to the particular time?????????If they cant manage in the given time slot they can reduce the appointments.Right?
3. there is no waiting area for the companion of the applicants.NOTE this.you have to stay on road.
4.If you are going with a baby tell them that you have baby with you.then your process will be quick.But still those who booked appointment prior is there no value of time for themm????
5. Near to the PSLK, No hotel is there.be prepare with food before you go there.
I have experienced at PSK Vijayawada too.it was absolutely well and on time.better go there for quick work though it is a bit long distance.
But at the end my WORK DONE with horrible experience :(

Don't book appointments here. No professionalism nothing
They keep waiting for hours and at last simply reject for no reasons
I travelled here for 12 hrs for my PCC and waiting for 3 hrs there
Officer didn't even processed my application not even created file number
Rejected for not having visa, which is not mandatory. Even though i submitted job offer and letter from company also for processing PCC
They are very rude towards applicants

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents were denied Canadian PR PCC for not having form 5/invitation letter signed by Indian consulate. There is no requirement for form 5 whatsoever for this case. Nothing on passportindia.gov.in, not in the checklists. Many of my friends went through the process and there was no mention of form 5; they already have a visitor visa and I am puzzled why an invitation letter is needed for PCC. The awareness of employees is next to nothing. They are asking for form 5 relevant to Kuwait visa completely out of context and adamant to check again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is good and supportive. My reporting time was 3.15PM. But I was allowed inside around 3PM. Process time was taken max 90minutes.
For Renewal: Old passport, SSC Certificate and Aadhaar Originals with 1copy of Xerox.
Slot booking receipt copy.

Carry all the required documents.
Went early at 9, parking was not a problem able to park in front of office.
