Appointment time was 10 am but my file got submitted at 4 pm
No point of coming early toh the place
Just 1 person is there and he has been given 3 screens
I recommend not to go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst possible service. No appointment number, no system. Waiting for 5-6 hours or more even after booking online appointment. Very bad. Don't apply here. This passport office should be closed or improved hugely. Better apply at chandigarh or ludhiana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Pathetic Service. There is no proper arrangement for the peoples in the waiting room area. Peoples are sitting on the stairs, they doesn’t matter that when you have apportionment time because they call the person with their own choice, if you have an option to visit the Chandigarh office then please visit that office only. It is clearly mentioned on the payment receipt at serial no: 1 that you didn’t need to carry the hard copy/print of the receipt, but I wonder that why staff is demanding the printout copy for the receipt. This is the harassment to the common public.
If you will visit Chandigarh office then you will be free in maximum 1 hours but at this place you need 3-4 hours extra time. As there is no systematic work and also there is no senior officials to whom we can raise our concern,
If anyone offical person from passport office is reading this comment then please look into this matter and do the needful
