Staff is coperative, helpful and soft spoken. Shortage of Staff. Only 02 were present but managed all the counters.

Looks like a local office having staff with very casual approach.
TCS and Govt should inspect all such center and improve service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do i start…first of all the place was extremely unclean, gross and even the staff wasn’t following any covid rules.
Then there were just 2 people, very confused and unprofessional.
Appointment was supposed to be at 12:15 Pm and we had to wait 3 hours.
There was no track and no way to at least be fair and honor the time.
I will certainly file a grievance complaint for this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unpleasant experience. Most of the staff were on leave without any replacement arranged. There was a single person on duty who had no idea of the process.Ultimately we like most other people had to go disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here in November 2021 , my appointment was for 10 am and when I reached there was no one till 930 but sharp at 930 , two people (which was all the staff there was ) came and immediately started operating.
The staff is co-operative and polite.
The place is not very neat though but not dirty either.
The working hours are 9.30 am -6pm with a lunch break from 1.30 pm -2.00 pm on all weekdays from Monday to Friday.
Carry your original Adhaar Card , Voter ID , 10th passing certificate and any previous passport or spouse's passport along with self attested photocopies of these documents.
The process of applying for passport is still online and once appointment is generated online then one needs to appear personally at the centre for document verification and further action.
