★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I gave my all the documents 10th and 12th certificate for passport and i have received ECR passport instead of ECNR. Now again i have applied with same documents. Staff is there but not in active mode.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience...i have already booked online appointment for my parents...i have already paid the fees.but when they went there they asked my mom to give more 400 rupees forcefully to buy a passport cover....As there is no cell phone allowed inside the building so i could not talk to the lady who did it.
I just want to post it here to aware everyone please don't pay extra for these cheap things as they are not mandatory..and they are not mention on there website while we apply online...i dont think the cost of the mobile cover is 400 rs.as you can buy cheap cover from online websites.
For the other side if someone say 'no' to purchase it then please dont try to scare them that their application will not process.
I am also going to make a formal complaint against them...

I made a formal complaint against them and very next day they gave our money back...if you want to make any complaint against this scam then please contact jalandhar passport office and Ministry of external affairs....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. On entry the security guard said not to take any other thing except documents, wallet and the cell phone in off mode. I kept my earphones worth 1600 in a bag and left it in a box as directed by the security guard. Unfortunately, on returning I didn't find my earphones and I was really disappointed with the service provided by them. This all thing happened under the CCTV camera which was present very close to that box. No any help was provided by the security guards in my case. This is unbelievable that how could people steal things under the cctv surveillance. Please carry your essential belongings with you before entering the sewa kendra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life ,,i came from America and wanted to apply passport for my brother ,, but i didn't know about this place otherwise wouldn't have come here at first place ,staff is really rude and they don't know how to treat people. i have made complain in American Indian embassy and they are looking forward to take action regarding this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One lady working at front desk was extremely rude. She wasn’t prioritizing senior citizens, giving half information to people, forcing them to visit again and then yelling at them. Her own Chacha and some relative came there. She was calling her boss saying ‘THIS IS MY CHACHA JI’, forcing them to have water and juice. The manager and 2 more employees were attending them in the cabin at first floor that is meant for seniors or person with disabilities only. All other people were waiting there despite their appointments.
