★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Patan mahal on 6th November. Road from Kotputli to mahal is not that good but on reaching there it was a different experience altogether. Food is excellent. I have not tasted better preparations even in five star hotels. Staff is well behaved and very courteous. I met the owner also Mr Digvijay Singh Patan. A very humble person. Takes personal care of all. Need to mention chef Rajesh. Thanks to him and all

Hidden away in the Aravalis, floating in History, this absolute pleasure palace is value for money. It is lovingly and lavishly restored, each meals was meant to be an experience. Thank you Ms Patan for the wonderful experince

Utmost care looked taken to preserve the heritage.
This is not an ultra luxury, modernize castle which most modern travellers are used to. You will get home cooked meals, no TV in room and absolutely no special treatment than the others.
Staff exhibits old values like service to you and is very humble.
The manager, Mr. Vijay singh ji is very cooperative and down to earth person.
Ask for directions from hotel. The route via 'nangal choudhrey' is far better than kotputli route which google tells.
All in all, a peaceful place in the lap of nature where you can retrospect and not for the ones who are looking to party, pampering or feeling important.
