β β β β β These guys are so unprofessional and to be precise they are pathetic in customer dealing . I had ordered some grocery for Rs. 3,000 and waited for around 7days for the delivery . I went to them asking the reason after a week ( as all their numbers mentioned online are not working and they have odd hours for their showroom.
So after 7days I went to ask the reason and then they shouted and queralled .Though I had already shared my number to them on the day of ordering the grocery . But they dint bother to call me inform me the reason for not delivery.
Some how they delivered the grocery on 9th day . But again as they are veryprofessionals n good in dealing the customers, they dint deliver 10kg flour( Aata) and I am still struggling to get their number and I can't take another leave from my office to just visit their stupid showroom in odd hours.
Stop harassing your customers if you are not able to handle deliveries stop this crab and closed this stupid showroom. For this I can take you guys to court and file a complaint for harassing and delaying the services even after getting paid and it's been more then 10+ days now. Till now no one have called or delivered rest grocery .

β β β β β I gathered some items costing around 50 60rs but the owner denied card swipe stating that we dont swipe amount below 200. This is how we are going to make our country cashless. Same patanjali store in chatarpur happily swiped 150rs even after their counter was closed. It is people who make our experience bitter not facilities.
