★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much crowded. And specially the person at billing counter is too much talkative and take a lot of time for billing. If there are only 3/4 customers at billing counter then also you have to wait for atleast 30 minutes for your billing to be completed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessionally managed. There is nothing like social distancing at the billing counter. Billing man is not organised in his work at all. Due to this, customers gather at the billing counter and social distancing goes for a toss!! Billing staff should be well trained and should be able to manage the counter properly and professionally.
