★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst server ever. I gave my car MH12GF 7562 (beat ) for servicing to Patel Auto workshop - Goregaon. I was really unhappy when they deliver my car after 2 days.
Workshop engineer or mechanic along with supervisors are inexperienced and their main goal is make a big hole in your pocket and least bother fixing issues highlighted.
When driver from Patel Work shop came to pick my car, I pointed out the issue which they need to fix.
Issues where:
1. No cooling of AC
2. Water sprayer for wiper was not working
3. Noise coming from car when you put ur feet on clutch and break quite often ( mainly on traffic driving)
4. Power window of driver side window stucks sometimes and moves very slow.
When Supervisor called me, I repeated the same issues to him again. When my car was delivered to my place non or the issue was fixed beside normal old change. They handover me a bill of 7k which included new part fitting which was never had any problem.
Issue fixed and billed:
1. Oil Change
2. Break parts changed
3. Alignement - Free Offer
4. Headlamp Buld replaced.
5. Car Washing - Free Offer
I asked the driver to take it back and get those listed issues fixed. Next day supervisor started giving me excuses and finally told my that car AC has to be repaired, AC panel is damaged and it’s not working. Supervisor told me that they will have to replace somemore part from break assembly to get reed of that noice coming from the car. Cost estimated for AC repairing & break noise issue was 14k + 6k = 22k beaides whar I ended up paying off for normal servicing.
I asked them to deliver my car next day. Took it to local garage. Car AC had no issues at all. Local garage mechanic fill gas to car as and in 15 mins car AC was working perfect.
I will recommend guys those who are getting calls from Patel workshop -goregaon for car service and free home pickup car and delivery to avoid their offer. Instead visit authorized servicing center if your car not older then 3 year and some local old know garage and save to money. Patel Auto workshop supervisors are really unprofessional and they don’t know what car servicing is all about.
