★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for matt finished 4*6 photo to frame. Instead they gave me just colour print on matt paper which i would have done on my printer at home. Also staff is overworked . They dont pay heed to customers. Not recommended at all. Aldo no invoice was issued on payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very horrible support staff. Beware of this guys because they charge you for everything. Ridiculous staff behavior. Asked for 6" * 8" photo prints for which I was told 20 Rs per photo. When the prints came out it came on A4 paper. Now they charge 5 Rs extra per photo to cut from A4 to 6" * 8". So each photo instead of costing 20 Rs now costs 25 Rs. By this logic if you ask them to print 500 visiting cards, they will charge 5 rs for cutting one visiting card??? Then I asked them to give me cutter so I can cut it myself, to which the guy ridicules saying it will take 20 minutes just to give a normal Cutter. Worst service experience ever. Avoid this place if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be the best print shop in the area but lately it's been consistently more expensive than many better competitive places in recent years. Terrible customer service too. Everyone has an inflated ego for some reason. Earlier they used to work with you and consult with the designer to achieve their expected output. Now they just talk rude and give you a terrible output even after specifically requesting a specific type of finish. And charge you a bomb for it too. They used to be my go to place as a budding designer in school for all my print needs. Super disappointed :(
