i booked a parcel from kolkata to be delivered to delhi (Dwarka sec -5)on 15th march. parcel probably reached their delhi office in couple of days, but so far has not been delivered. i enquired several times for the same to get delivered but they kept on saying "ho jayega sir" dwarka ki gadi monday ko jati hai. wo monday nahi aaya hai abhi tak. i again spoke with them today (and they have said it will be delivered on either sunday or monday. being a shopkeeper delayed delivery hamper my business. but these guys dont even care

Pathetic people they don't even talk to us in a gentle tone. They talk to people as if we have taken money from them. Be it Patel Fleet of Bhagalpur, Delhi or Kolkata all them talk very rudely worst ever company
