We send 17kg ( 390Rs per kg total 6500Rs )courier to USA and many things broken in courier box even box was also broken . We called to office for such issue Mr jagdish prajapati was blaming us giving excuses that " you should send in higher rated courier and also saying it is totaly fault of transporting. Cheap quality packaging. They dose not have value of customer. Plz don't send courier from patel international courier. Mr jagdish prajapati also talk badly with us . Worst worst worst ..........
