★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic! Worst service! Horrible customer attention and very rude, senseless and insensitive is so called "Owner" of the shop!!!! He doesn't even have basic sense of displaying the patterns... doesn't even have basic sense of style... and moreover they will criticise you of your SIZE , CHOICE and your status of how of much you can afford! A sham on so called" Brand" and so called "Good name" of PATEL SAREES! they will ask you what you want, and if they don't have it, it's not their fault, it's your fault! Yes!!! Your SIZE is the fault, or YOU CANNOT AFFORD IT is the fault, YOUR CHOICE is the fault!!! Insensitive, senseless and highly casual attitude of the "OWNER" AND so called "Managers" working there. People working there with lesser salaries have much more basic sense while handling customers, are focused on customer satisfaction but the onwer himself is NOT AWARE WHAT HE HAS TO SELL. Thane CITY have so many different peoples from different customs, religion, status, culture, SIZES, STATUS AND AFFORDABILITY living harmoniously and there we have PATEL SAREES SHOP, THANE ( WEST), On RAM MARUTI ROAD, who differs you in all these aspects! A word of advise for all the plus size WOMENS: IF YOU LOVE YOUR SELF RESPECT, DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP, because they will make sure you are humiliated, insulted, and moreover judged in front of other customers by the OWNER himself who do not even understand basic English when you speak! But still has audacity to JUDGE you!
