★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a saree recently for around ₹1900 and the color used on the material caused rashes on the body of my relative. And the response from the store owner was very casual, saying you have already worn that saree, we cant do much about it. Bring it to the store and lets see what can be done. Somebody who has been in Business for this long and the store has been one of my go to stores for sarees, this was not the kind of response i was expecting. Now, I have lost the trust.

Staff is very unfrofessional.
I was purchased saree of Rs 19500 on my marriage in Feb month nd quality of saree is very low.
It's getting dull.
M very disappointed ☹️☹️ nd even they didn't offer me any compansation also

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been a customer of Patel Sarees since a long time .This time as we visited the shop ,I found it a shadow of the Patel Sarees that we knew .This time I bought only one saree .To be frank I was disappointed with the attitude of the staff . As they were folding the saree , it was dropped on the floor ,where hundreds of customers tread up on , with one end in her hands and I showed her hair stuck on the saree . I did not tell this to the manager because I did want to cause harassment to that sales girl .Fully disappointed .
