★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dealer is only interested in earning money and no after sales support, if you would ask for help they will simply reply that the issue is from your end. Thanks to HITESHBHAI he is living stress free after spoiling my hard earned money. I will never be visiting your showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the furniture quality is good ..that is not the only thing that matters. A person should have basic etiquette and manners to talk to someone. The owner Mr. Hitesh is very rude.He talks sweetly until you place the order by making down payment.Once the payment is done he takes the customer for granted and doesn't provide proper service.
Also, he spoke very rudely to my dad who is a senior citizen and asked him to come to Shop just for cash payment and was reluctant for cash on delivery.
He has no manners to speak.He feels that he has the monopoly in Mira Road for his business and hence treats customers badly once they place an order.
Also,he was reluctant to recieve payment through digital channels.It caused a lot of problem to follow up and get the delivery done.
So, I won't suggest this seller as manners and customer service are equally important which the owner completely lacks.
