★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with Patel Travis. I booked my ticket from Mumbai to Bhuj
for sleeper on 21st Nov but from Ahmedabad to Bhuj they provided sitting
class Bus even though I paid for the sleeper class. I complained to the customer care for my problems and asked for the compensation which they don't want to pay and moreover they replied in a rude way as if we are beggars. Their office staff is also not co operative. Think twice before travelling in this bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad expirence while travel from kutch Mandvi to borivali, myself took booked ticket from jain tarvel Mandvi at rate of 1700/- for ac air suspention bus from Mandvi to mulund. At noon 1:30 pm. Bus arrived exactly on time but non AC .on complent with patel travel Mandvi branch they told us this bus is upto Mundra and there you will get ac slipper coach so we agreed and went to Mundra in non AC bus we reached at Mundra at 3 pm at Mundra patel joffice . We emptied the bus and kept luggage at patel travel office there they told us AC bus will arrive in 5 to 10 minutes but bus took time about half an hour.and at last bus came and we took our place in bus and bus started but after taking seat as per allotment we realise that there is no facility of charging mobile, no light inside cabin, no shoe racks no water bottle racks no air suspantion.and no other facility agaist their charges of 1500/-. And after reaching at food mall at 7:30pm bus driver told us that this bus is upto Ahemdabad and from Ahemdabad you all. Will shifted to other bus for further journey. So please stop fulling people and give proper services to people according to your rate. I have taken all bus photos and I will definatly twitte this artical on twitter I must get refund as per your bad services.

We have booked a ticket from Mandvi to Mumbai and when we booked a ticket at that time they said it will be direct but in reality we have changed 3 bus and in that the first bus was non AC but we have done the payment of AC tickets and in that the luggage has to take with us on our sits there is no place to keep the luggage in the dikky . N AC is also not working properly.
