★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst bus service ever. They're making unreserved people and random vendors enter the bus. They're not starting the charging points. I often travel with other travels for the same route at less price and get better facilities with them. Staff is utterly mannerless to talk.

Misguiding arrival time and attract travellers by showing lower travel time. Drivers taking passenger from random places inbetween.
On complaint at customer care, they are giving lame excuses and save their staff.
Weird moment is that GSRTC volvo bus overtake and reach faster in lower ticket.
Worst experience. I do not recommend to opt for Patel travels.
