★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst experince in my life this travel agent is a fraud we booked tkt for ac sleeper and last moment he told us tht ac bus is cancel n trf us to non ac which bus was very bad staff was also rude n timing to reach was mrng 8.30 n we will reach at 12.30 pm
So i request u not to book any tkt frm this agent.....
I m going to file a police complain

This is the experience of my mother who is a senior citizen.
The bus she boarded was the night bus which she boarded from Chembur at 10 pm on 30th January 2020.
It was an AC bus from Mumbai to Amdavad. The bus crew did not provide blankets claiming it has all been stolen. The driver and conductor did not give proper stops at any road motels or restrooms for lady passengers and asked them to pee in the open road like other male passengers.
A long journey should have restroom stops in case if any female passngers are on board.
The next day i.e on 31st January Morning when the Bus reached Amdavad, it did not reach at the final stop which was known as Satellite and instead stopped at some other location claiming that there is some sort of No Entry in the road and hence they asked all passengers to deboard at some other stop. When my mother confronted the Bus driver and conductor, they started shouting aggressively back at my mother.
I don't know who these guys were, but if the company continues to provide such deranged blokes as their bus crew, then in a few years they will have to shut down their business for sure.
