★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A most unprofessional and unreliable lab. I had given my son's sample for RTPCR test on 14 Apr because he was to travel . I was charged Rs.1500 (as against Govt approved rate of Rs 450). I was assured that the test report will be provided on 15 Apr by 1600 hrs. Throughout 15 Apr I was being assured that the report will definitely be provided by 1830, 2000, 2100, 2200 hrs by the person who had collected the sample. But the report never came and then he switched off his phone. The report was not provided even by 1145 hrs on 16 Apr. My son had to miss his flight. And now they won't even reimburse the charged money despite not providing the report. And to expect them to reimburse the air ticket cost would be expecting too much because they seem to lack the ethics.
