★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service...no one take the situation and cases seriously...they want money before tests and then there is so much delay in reports...from one week i am waiting for my reports...this is worst lab in patna..never ever come here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the lab on the date of 10/04/2021 for the test of COVID-19 ,
In first an hour I have to wait for the taking sympols and all formalities , I aksed to staff to ,what time I will get my test report they replied today evening ,and when I reached to receive report in evening , they said right now report is not ready come tomorrow ,and also given me a visiting card to call and check the report status , on that number i tried many time they ,the staff didn't picked call , after 10-15 call they picked call and replied once sir will please calle after 5 min , agin after 15 min I tried may calls but they didn't bother to pick call .
Pathetic services in such kind of serious pandemic satution ,
I hope some of management should look into it if you feel customer service is important and must have to be serious about the same
