Rs. 1100 price of Covid test but they are charging 3900 and also delay the report..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. They delay too much in report. They collected my sample for CBC at 10:00 am and give me report at 4:45 pm after more then 10 calls. They committed me that report would be ready by 2 pm but they are not punctual and very slow.
They are giving positive results for COVID19, even for a negative patient.
I have got my brother tested on 26th September 2020, and I got the result on 28th September 2020. The report showed as tested positive. So, we started the treatment of the patient based on the results. On the very next day, I received a message from the Bihar government that the COVID result is negative. On repetitive requests from Pathkind labs for viral load count results, they sent another report, which showed a tested negative.
