★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My entire family is a very regular visitor but yesterday services were a complete mess though food was great as always. I ordered cheesy nachos with Salsa, cheese was barely there and I was told they dont have Salsa sauce still I was billed for the item despite the Manager being told abt the matter. Not expected from this place and may be we will have to rethink before visitng again. It was embarrasing as I was hosting another family to dinner and restaurant was my recommendation. Water served was not even at room temp, it was literally hot so had to buy bottled water, no ice in the restaurant so the beverages were not enjoyable too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to have a ambiant evening in Nagpur. Food is good and prices too. Live music makes it special. Great to see view of city and passing by metro and IPL on big screen. One star less for making for seating cushions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was really low and staff omg I don’t like the staff at all. They were really aggressive Nd wasn’t nice at all. Some of my friend were waiting for us to come Nd one of the waiters was asking angrily when are they coming, You can not sit here for this long Nd all. They should really teach them how to behave and food quality was also poor. And ambience was nice but doesn’t matter in front of all these bad things. Overall it was a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That's the least I could give. Had a lot of expectations but all of them were systematically destroyed. Firstly, the service was so delayed that after some point of time we lost all of the interest in the food. Also there were couple of instances where the attendants ignored our call. The food was also very average (might have been better but the experience downplayed it all). Another thing which bugged us (literally) was mosquitoes. When we complained about it, we were met with responses expressing inability to do anything about it. Lastly, it was so hot outside, the fans kept besides us were mere decorations. Till we went back on our ways, the fans weren't switched on and didn't help our cause. The reason they told us was that the fans are out of order.
Hope to have a different experience the next time if at all I visit!
