Very very bed staff and not copretive. Very bed management and poor quality of nersing staff.

It's ok. Not that good. And I thought of giving 2 stars but that one extra star is for those good health workers. Kudos to them! Well, my review is based upon the treatment that my family member received here, during the pandemic. The hospital lacks professionalism and their management is also quite poor. They should ease the process of admitting patients. Secondly, there are some nurses and doctors who manipulate a lot. Quoting a real incident: I said that my family member's RT PCR test hasn't yet arrived so it is not yet confirmed that she has Covid. And to this the male nurses would say, "But she has a score on CT scan, so she has covid". And one day later, after they said this her results were negative for covid. Quoting second real incident: Normally the hospital shows mismanagement but on the day, when the district magistrate came to examine, the entire hospital portrayed the best management skills. My point is, you people should work like this always. Quoting a third real incident: My family member bought a kit of masks and gloves. They kept it on my patient's table. And someone stole it. And it was some staff member. It's fine and we would not have minded giving, had they asked us for it. But this can be excused. And some staff members are so manipulative that they really want to increase unnecessary expenditure. And it is same for quite a lot many hospitals. And they have package systems for treating patients. (JOKE) With this trend, they will have packages for toilets too. To use, dirty toilet with unflushed stuffs, pay Rs.500, for flushed yet muddy toilet, give Rs. 700 and for very spick and span toilet, pay Rs. 2000. To be taken on a very lighter note and not personally as this is same for majority of our hospitals. I personally didn't like the idea of keeping all covid suspects together in one isolation ward. Because some patients could be clearly seen with high symptoms and some patients with RAT test negative and minor symptoms, would face risk and get covid if kept together with COVID positive or clearly evident covid patients. And some attendants and nurses lacked communication skills and good manners too. Please train them. And also teach the receptionist about Google pay mode and please, I humbly request you to get a QR code to ease instant online payment through UPI. Upgrade and keep updated dear hospital people! And I hope you people checked the fault that lead to fire in your hospital. Such mishaps should not happen. Do design hospital in such a manner that it obeys the NBC's fire and safety codes. If not, then you put human lives at risk. Lastly, thanks to all those good, kind and hardworking nurses there. There were some bad but some very good nurses, who took good care of the patient and were very diligent. Congratulations to those. Keep up the good work. Your work leaves a good impact on our minds and ensures trust on Indian medical system. :)

Worst hospital with useless facilities.. every time night duty doctors and staff sleeps at night during duty time. Fully irresponsible

General ward of all hospitals is far better than this semi-private room of this hospital.

We got referred here from Pushpa mission in ICCU. Initial deposit which they took is ₹20000 which is on higher side. Per day in ICCU cost you around ₹7000 but facilities are good. Only medical center is available at grond floor and if youe patient is on 2nd floor and its some exercise for you. ICCU's waiting area is big enough for 30 people but when your patient is shifted from ICU never prefer room which are connected to this waiting area. People make a lot of noise. Common washroom is pathetic. Small canteen is available at the group floor and you get tea biscuit easily. Parking is not sufficient and the in front bridge makes the front road very small, cars are tough to drive. We shifted our patients to ultradelux room which was very good and you need deep pocket. Doctors are very good and experienced. They don't have in-house MRI which is not good as you need to carry your patients to private lab in an ambulance. Overall : Since it's a private hospital, it will.cost you money but Doctors are good and can treat your patients quickly.

Worst hospital with useless facilities... We did MRI & the quality of the MRI copies was blur so not useful to find the fault, at the end waste of huge money. Manager told us their machine is 3.0 tesla, but output is not up to the mark so only based on written report further treatment we need to follow (can't see fault on photo copy as its blur) Better to go other place for MRI...as first reason is its very important to get correct and clear results so any Doctor can help us to resolve the injuries in the right direction.....Lost of Money is second season.
