★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional management and the nanny they provided. Clearly specified my location to the management while hiring and was assured that I will get good service. Nanny Florence middle aged lady arrived late the very first day and then started complaining just on entering the house that my house is very far from her place( it was admin's job to check distance and send relevant profile). Then she started boasting on how she has served a surgeon's daughter for 6 years and kept telling those stories. When asked to wash baby clothes she said that she didn't wash it in previous home( not my problem, this is a part of nanny JD) . Then she wanted elaichi powder with tea, said she can't have plain tea( we don't take elaichi powder ). Then she kept boasting on how she is the head of various associations and how well her daughter and son are doing.We listenied to all of that and didn't say anything. Suddenly in the middle of the day she said I am leaving when both i and my wife were working. We didnt ask her to do any extra work, didn't misbehave with her,got lunch also cooked for hebecause she hadn't brought her lunch which she left and went away in the middle of the day .when we complainined to management he said he will look into it and revert with other profiles but never reverted and we were left in the middle of nowhere. Please be cautious while taking their sevices. Our work suffered a lot because of this unprofessionallusm.
